A pair of Sterling silver candlesticks, model TW 189. Designed by Tapio Wirkkala in 1957 and executed by the craftsmen of Kultakeskus in 1964 and 1965.

This model candlesticks was made in serial production in only one size. The candlesticks have a completely smooth surface and have a tapered shape to about two-thirds of their height after which the candlestick widens again towards the chalice. These candlesticks fit smaller sized candles (about 1,3 cm).
